Behavior Interventionist

As a Behavior Interventionist, you will provide individualized, one-on-one support to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental needs. Under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs designed to promote skill development and meaningful behavior change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct ABA therapy in home, school, and clinic settings

  • Implement individualized treatment and behavior support plans

  • Accurately collect and document data on client progress

  • Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members

  • Participate in training, supervision, and professional development

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred

  • Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred

  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations

  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to pass background checks and meet state requirements
