Behavior Interventionist
As a Behavior Interventionist, you will provide individualized, one-on-one support to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental needs. Under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs designed to promote skill development and meaningful behavior change.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver direct ABA therapy in home, school, and clinic settings
Implement individualized treatment and behavior support plans
Accurately collect and document data on client progress
Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
Participate in training, supervision, and professional development
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Ability to pass background checks and meet state requirements
